Guch Inc. ("Guch," "we," "us") builds a taste discovery app that helps you find dishes matched to your taste, mood, and moment. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Guch app, this website, and related services.

We collect information you give us, information created as you use Guch, and a limited amount collected automatically:
- Account details — your name, email, and profile photo when you create an account.
- Taste profile — the cuisines, flavors, textures, dietary needs, budget, and preferences you tell us about.
- Meal activity — dishes you view, save, and the Fire / Like / Not for Me reactions you log after eating.
- Location — approximate or precise location, only when you enable it, to show nearby dishes and restaurants.
- Device & usage — device type, app version, and basic diagnostics that keep Guch working.
How we use your information
Your information powers TasteGraph™, the taste intelligence behind Guch. We use it to:
- Recommend dishes matched to your taste, mood, budget, and moment.
- Improve recommendations over time as you log real meal outcomes.
- Surface trusted Taste Champions whose guidance fits your palate.
- Keep Guch secure, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Aggregated, de-identified taste patterns may help everyone choose with more confidence. We do not sell your personal information.
When we share information
We share information only in limited ways: with service providers who help us run Guch under contract, when you choose to make an experience public, to comply with the law, or as part of a business transfer. Anything you mark public — such as a shared dish or your Taste Champion profile — may be visible to others.
Your choices
You can view and edit your taste profile at any time, control location and notification permissions from your device, make experiences public or private, and request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Guch, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Guch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
